I've fallen in love with another blog! Organize IT had an excellent article this week on Dealing with Doubts. I really think the posts here are thoughtful, interesting, and well....organized!

People Skills:

Another new favorite blog provides a post on How to Resolve Arguments Like a Pro. I highly recommend that you stumble around this site for a while - I guarantee you'll laugh a lot! Among my favorites: Top 4 Lessons I Learned from a Horsefly Attack. Prepare yourself...this guy is funny! And smart!
