I found a great article about using Outlook to make and organize notes from phone calls. I've never even known that Outlook has a "Journal" feature. It's within the "Call" menu in Contacts. You can click on the link for a step-by-step tutorial.

You even control the order of rotation and can change it at any time. Personally, I use iGoogle, which allows you to customize your homepage with RSS feeds from around the web and other cool widgets. Either of these options are great alternatives to staring at the same old, same old every time you hit "Home".
