If a merchant is entitled to a credit pursuant to these terms and conditions, the amount of such applicable credit shall appear on Merchant’s month end statement. The maximum credit amount is $200.00 and consists solely of merchant’s first three months of processing-related amounts within 90 days of the opening of the merchant account. Processing-related amounts include discount rates, debit network fees, monthly minimum fees, customer service fees, etc. FDIS will not credit any equipment-related amounts charged. FDIS will not credit any applicable cancellation or closure fees. FDIS reserves the right to terminate this credit offer at any time without notice.
