Welcome to BAYOP! My name is Isabel Pereira and I have created this networking group. I want to extend my knowledge and experience to all BAYOP members. I currently work as a Customer Service Specialist and do the job of an Operations Assistant for a bank. I come from the Mortgage industry, I was a loan processor for about 3 years and suffered from a lay off due to the economy, which is why I am in banking now. I have also held many other admin positions that might relate to any of your careers. Please feel free to ask me questions or invite me to put my 2 cents in, I will be more than happy to respond.
