Hi,

I am new to OA and I am embarking on an "office support" business aimed at helping small business owners with their administrative needs, and I came across this site in hopes of getting help with templates, ideas, etc.

I have over two decades of office experience working as an accounting assistant, administrative assistant and office manager, but I am looking for advice and guidance on where and how to begin the process. Due to the nature of the business, I don't want to over promise and under deliver,so I want to make sure I am prepared and ready to handle whatever needs my future clients request.
