Billing Medicare
Hello, I have question and I hope someone can help me. I have a Complementary Wellness Center and I would like to bill Medicare for some of the services that we offer. How do I go about doing that? We offer massage, hot stone therapy, Reiki, o/2bar with aromatherapy, foot reflexology.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Re: Billing Medicare
I'm not familiar with Medicare at all. I would suggest calling them to find out what your options are. I really have very little experience with this type of thing, but while your services sound awesome(and much needed), I'm not sure that Medicare will see them as necessities. I could be very wrong though. Give them a call!

Re: Billing Medicare
I really don't think Medicare covers any of those things. If they do, though, you'll need to be set up with them as a provider before you can bill medicare for anything. Your best bet is to call Medicare and talk to them.

I know that if they do reimburse for any of these things, it will only be on a doctor's order, so you'll need to be set up to deal with those.
