If you live in Atlanta, we have successfully used Green Express (Atlanta's Earth Friendly Courier Company! Hybrid Couriers Deliver!). Their ratese are nearly identical to other couriers in the area, and they use a fleet comprised entirely of hybrid vehicles! If you want to be conscious of your carbon footprint I highly recommend them. Plus, their service commitments (1-hr, 2-hr, 3-hr) are great- the packages I've sent have always gotten there far ahead of the time they allotted.
