I produce our company newsletter and I use Microsoft Publisher, which is quite easy to learn and to use. When I switched to a template in Publisher, I got several comments on how clean the new design was and how easy to read. One comment was from a magazine designer, so I took that as a true compliment!

Microsoft Publisher has GREAT templates for newsletters. If you are looking to construct a newsletter and print for distribution, this is a good avenue. If you want it to be an on-line for an intranet, maybe the new version of Word is a better outlet for you.

I publish a newsletter for my company everyother month - complete with pictures of our charity events, birthday/anniversary celebrations, and monthly award winners. If you need help, please let me know. I would be honored to be able to help you.
