Updating Addresses in Outlook Contacts

Is there a way to update a company's address in Outlook Contacts so that it automatically updates the business mailing address of each contact who works for the company? It seems like there must be a better way than copying and pasting...

The amount of employees would obviously be a factor. What Outlook may lack in automation may be made up for with other processes.

If the goal is to have all of your contacts updated in your address book, you could require each of the employees to maintain their own VCard. Then you could require them to send this VCard to you as it is updated or on a periodic basis in order for you to keep your contacts up to date.
