Another point to think about is how secure the company's upload system is. While most sites will use a secure page for log-ins, they don't use one for your actual uploads (meaning that those uploads could be intercepted by someone else on the web. If you are uploading anything confidential, you'll want to ensure that your storage sight uses a secure page for uploads.
