Re: The Stuff No One Talks About
At my previous job (a small, poor non-profit) we did the last thing. We'd buy stuff at CostCo cheap and sell it for 65 cents each. The profit would go into the fund to pay for our annual Christmas party. That way we got a nicer Christmas party than the agency would have been able to give us otherwise, and we got relatively inexpensive soda's and treats on-site (certainly cheaper than you would pay at the local convenience store).

Although we don't have snacks in our office, we recently got a Keurig coffee maker. It is GREAT! The company will only provide us with so much coffee (K-Cups) each month, but the employees don't mind buying their own coffee for the machine. It's not much, but everyone is soo much happier with it.
