Re: 10 Must Have Office Products
I think that all of these office products are really important, but I also think having reliable office services is just as important. Personally, I find that a good portion of my day is spent on conference calls, so I’d suggest including conferencing services as a “must have” office product.
With fuel costs rising and budgets shrinking, virtual meetings are becoming more and more popular. Conferencing saves the hassle associated with travel and most importantly it saves time and undue stress. Virtual meetings are also easy to plan on the fly, but you have to make sure you have an account set up with a reliable and trusted conferencing provider (like RollCall Business Conferencing). RollCall is actually a division of the company I work for so if you have any questions, you can send them to me. I think conferencing is such an important tool for the office and I use it every day, so it’s a definite “must have” for me. Last edited by Ilona; 08-07-2008 at 11:47 AM . |

Re: 10 Must Have Office Products
Steno pads, regular number 2 pencils and an electronic sharpener! I have at least 5 pencils sharpened always, normally I will use them right down to the ®.
These are the things I make sure I have enough of... always! ![]() |

I also love the white out correction tape. That is a great invention. Also, Mini Binder Clips I use ALL the time. They work way better than paper clips and are small and not bulky like the larger binder clips.

Re: 10 Must Have Office Products
I have to add my vote for the steno pads. They are great for list making and the pages stay in well for historic references.
For me a must have is a really good staple puller. Why is it that everyone who sends something to me that needs to be copied has to staple it first? The other thing that I can't live without is an electric stapler. If you don't have a copier that staples (and you'd be amazed how many still don't), the electric stapler is a life saver. |
