We have 30 Directors who receive a calendar at the beginning of the fiscal year that lists meeting dates for the year, email notifications at least 3 weeks in advance, as well as follow-up emails asking to RSVP. Still out of the 30, we may have 10-12 people attend. It is important to note that the dates are predetermined by the Executive Director and President.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to increase our meeting attendance? Any strategies, tips?

I have heard so much about how easy the Rosetta Stone software is to use and was wondering if there was anyone out there that would be willing to let me buy the program from them at a very low price. I have been out of work going on 5 months and don't have any savings to help out with on the bills and medical expenses. I'm just trying to get back on my feet and thought that if I learned Spanish maybe I could get a job. Thank You in advance.
