Hi fellow OA readers

I have been following this message board for a while now. I find the discussions here very useful and I'd like to share some of my experience as well.

I haven't really seen any health care sector posts, so here's a link to human resource jobs from a company in the health care sector called Emeritus.

I was at first only paying attention to the health care jobs, but they have listings in multiple job categories. Apparently you have the option to subscribe to their RSS updates like you do w/ blogs, which is quite convenient these days for job hunting.

Is a Personal Assistant above the role of Senior Administrator? Or are they the same.

I would like to obtain Executive Assistant roles and would like to understand if I go from PA to Senior Administrator is that a step in the right direction, I think I will manage my own admin staff in this role.

Please clarify fellow Arrow Office Members.
