We have an office with approximately 100 support staff, and are about to undertake remodeling this. It's going to involve two big rooms of cube farms plus lots of manager offices around the perimeter. We're going to do paint and carpet for the most part, though the reception area is getting a complete facelift.

What I need is a template to manage all the things that we need to consider: IT resources for moving drops to the PCs, electricians to help them do that, whether we should do it in phases or as a "big bang" over a long weekend, or what.

Does anyone have any templates for the project planning and/or the budgeting for this? Checklists also welcome!!!
