An e mail after the event asking me not to minute a request made by that person at a meeting that an item should be minuted. The meeting comprised of 12 people all told. The request by e mail  being.  Please do not minute my statement.  <br />
<b><br />
Questions: </b><br />
<br />
1.  Can I now leave the statemen out because it has been asked for by the person who made the statement? <br />
<br />
2.  Should it be entered as per the meeting?<br />
<br />
3.  Should it be left out and then mentioned with accompanying note that it has been left out due to a request by the person who made the statement?<br />
