I have tried to use CalenGoo, but my Mac has Snow Leopard and it will not launch because of a Java version mismatch.

After hours of research, I have finally gotten my iPhone to sync with Entourage but I had to take Google out of the equation, which does nothing for my office's calendar sharing.

I think my problem (okay part of the problem) is my teeth - I lost one recently and can't afford to get it fixed right now (it's toward the front). I've practiced in front of a mirror to minimize expressions and broad smiles so as to minimize the visual, but I am sure it is has not gone unnoticed.

I realize there are a ton of job seekers out there (I'm an Admin Support professional), but would a potential employer really overlook my great experience and qualifications over something so superficial?

Getting it fixed now is not an option - foreclosure has been right around the corner as has repo of my car - so those are priorities.
