Since our office complex and city do not recycle, I collect cans, plastic and some paper to take home and place curbside as my city does have a recycle program for all 3. Another small offering from our office was to discontinue providing plastic bottled water for employees. Refillable bottles or glasses work just fine and the landfills are spared our meager contribution. • What are the benefits to using a caterer versus a restaurant when supplying food for a high-level business meeting?
