Nominations are now open for the First Coast Chapter's Assistant of the Year (AOTY) and Boss of the Year (BOTY) contests. The AOTY Award recognizes individuals responsible for administrative tasks and coordination of information in support of an office-related environment and who are dedicated to furthering their personal and professional growth in their chosen profession. The BOTY Award recognizes a boss, manager, supervisor, etc. who is committed to providing and supporting leadership and development opportunities and understand the value of their administrative professional in their company. This group is for IAAP members and those interested in membership to the First Coast Chapter of the IAAP. The IAAP is professional association for administrative assistants, office coordinators, executive secretaries, office managers, business analysts and all administrative professionals. The Jacksonville, Florida Chapter of IAAP offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to focus on professional education, team building, networking, leadership development, and giving back to the community.
