    Stuart,

Great idea! I always swerve to the easy stuff to avoid the big stuff. But, once I just make up my mind to do the big stuff, it is not so difficult to chunk it out.

I couldn't function without my lists and spiral notebooks!

I've found a very useful website that not only has a ton of lists that you can print and use but has given me some great ideas for lists that I've created specifically for what I need. It's updated on a regular basis and you can sign up to be notified when updates are available. Here's the link:

Kristen's Guide: Tips and tools to help you have happiness and improve life.

Check it out and let me know what you think.

Jodith - that's a great one! CSS is so helpful. I got really into looking at it when I was doing my blog. It's kind of cool to see the way it all works...and I like the desk goal as well. I think I'll have to add that one to my list. My desk is an absolute train wreck lately.

    Title: Help!

RubyTuesday - I agree with Midge that this sounds like a very interesting tool. It would be awesome if you could share it with the OA community. If you need help uploading to the template page let me know. Or, just email it to me and I'll upload...chrissy@officearrow.com. I would love to have a one sheet task tracker! Thanks!

    Hi Roni,
Focus on qualities that demonstrate you know how to "complement" his or her style so that together you will make a great partnership.

Execs also don't usually want assistants who tell them what they want to hear - they want to know you will tell him what he needs to hear. That's an important quality.

    Good luck!
