I am so in agreement with this article that it takes a good boss to develop great employees. I work for two execs who are great at communication so I am never left guessing and can make decisions based on facts and not fear. Also, they are the first to say "my mistake" if they made one which speaks volumes about their confidence, social skills and (sometimes) sense of humor.
