If you have a two page resume place your name only (do not include your contact information) on the second page. Depending on your format you could place your name on the second page in a header. Usually the name should be significant in appearance, for example you could use a larger font or bold. It is usually preferred by most HR recruiters that you do not staple the resume, that way they can lay the two pages out side-by-side and review your information.

On my second page, I generally have my name and the page number. You can easily do this in Word. Remember, in Page Setup, to mark First Page Header different so you don't have your header coming up on the first page.

The first post and second post are correct. Use your full name and the page number in the header area. Do not go over two pages and definitely do not staple or paper clip it.
