Administrative Services Manager
Help please!

I have been asked by our President to provide measurable goals for my department that will fit into the new company goals that have just been put into place. Although I find this request very positive from a career standpoint, like so many others, I have difficulty determining measurable goals when our work is generally defined by others. Does anyone have any suggestions for a couple of measurable goals for AA's that might help me "wrap my mind around" this? I have always set goals for my department, but I don't find them to be particularly easy to measure.

Re: Administrative Services Manager
How about the number of documents prepared, meetings scheduled for your group, assistance provided to other departments....
