The STAR Method of Interviewing
Many companies are starting to utilize behavioral interviewing techniques, which ask the interviewee to describe specific situations that have taken place in the past. If you're not prepared, this style can be challenging. Use the STAR method to keep you on track and give them exactly what they want.
