I would really recommend going with a functional resume. The way it's listed now (by company), you don't get a quick grasp of what exactly your experience is. I'd list experience first (by type of duty), and then after that, a short list of companies worked for with your title and time on that job. But highlight the work you actually did, especially any strong accomplishments.

Again, I recommend Regina Pontow's book, Proven Resumes. I don't know if you can get it in China or not, but it's a great resource.

I know I recommend this book a lot. I'm not associated with the author in any way. I just found it to be hugely helpful to me in redeveloping my resume to get the kind of interviews I wanted.
