Measurable goals HR Rep
HI:

For the first time in my job, I've been ask to look for 5 goals for my position. I work with employee's benefits, administrative support to HR Manager and in charge of HRIS Database.

What can you recommend me?

Hi,
Can you provide me with a bit more information; i.e., the size of your company, multiple locations, salary and hourly employees, etc.
