Interviewing Prospective Candidates
Hello ~
I am new to this forum and found it very helpful so far. I am an office manager for a small law firm in the Boston area. My bosses are interested in taking on a secretary and asked me to assist the Associate in the hiring process. Most of the time, because it is a small firm, they hired by word of mouth or just the partners were involved. I'm lost ... what kind of questions would I ask, not ask, etc. Any help would be great!
