Vacation Accrual Policy
I have a question about a vacation accrual policy.
Here is an example of the accrual policy: 90 days after hire - 3rd calendar year = 2 weeks 4th calender year - 10th calendar year = 3 weeks My question is what is the end of the first calendar year if a person starts in May? Say for example May 2003. Would the end of the first calendar year be Dec. 31, 2003 or 2004? Thank you for any help! |
