Opening a new job position
Dear fellows,
I have created a new job description for a Customer Relationship Officer in my sales department, this position is needed to fit a new applicant that we have identified for such a position. This position is not currently identified nor planned in the company organizational chart and it does not have any budget for it. I need to write a supporting letter to HR to address our department needs to create such a position and how to persuade them to approve the creation of this position, bearing in mind that only sales consultant position available in position category of HR. I hope you can shed some light on this challenging topic to many of us who are frustrated with current company policies. With my sincere regards. |
