My favourite seminar was attending a Liue Tice seminar when he came to Australia in 2001. His presentation inspired me to get off my backside and do a masters degree at the age of 45 having left school at 16 to join the army.

Wow - so you are an IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) Member at Large...you do not belong to a particular chapter. And you live in Australia?

You are a youngster to me, I am 62, and plan to retire at 66, four short years away - A masters at any age is quite the accomplishment. I have a friend with her masters and it turned her hair gray, and crossed one eye - ok, not really, but it was tough. I have an associates, gained at age 35, and tested for administrative skills, thus my CAP, stands for Certified Administative Professional. So, my friend, what are you doing these days?
