Theme Days - Do they work?
Hi all,
Something we've (Business Support Team) have considered doing in the past is 'Theme Fridays' once a month. The idea is, we'd have a theme - to which staff could dress up a bit (while still being conservative and business-appropriate), and we'd have a themed morning tea. Some theme ideas I came up with were: Colours (Red day, Yellow day, the blokes can all just wear a tie of that colour) Hawiaan (Everyone gets a necklace of fake flowers, we have cocoanut cake, etc) There were a few more ideas, those are just some examples. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with trying to do this in their office? How did it go? Did staff enjoy it? Any tips? Thanks in advance for your ideas! |
