Hi all,

Something we've (Business Support Team) have considered doing in the past is 'Theme Fridays' once a month.

The idea is, we'd have a theme - to which staff could dress up a bit (while still being conservative and business-appropriate), and we'd have a themed morning tea.

Some theme ideas I came up with were:
Colours (Red day, Yellow day, the blokes can all just wear a tie of that colour)
Hawiaan (Everyone gets a necklace of fake flowers, we have cocoanut cake, etc)

There were a few more ideas, those are just some examples.

I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with trying to do this in their office?
How did it go? Did staff enjoy it? Any tips?
