It's Okay to Fail: The Importance of Taking Risks
Tom Peters, well-known business guru, suggested the concept that failure is an important part of creativity and innovation. The idea is that if you are willing to take risks you're likely to encounter mistakes. The benefit, of course, is that you gain valuable information.
