What if my boss style is cold blood. You can approach to him any time you like. No communication until you have job. He will not tolerate to aguement. Never have feed back and I don't know how to help him.
Let me give you a little bit of information. He just came to take this position about 4 months while I've been here for 6 months. I was selected by the previous boss so I am an heir of the present boss. |

Since he has only been in the position for 4 months, I would suggest giving it a little more time. Is he also new to the company? Could it be that he is still getting comfortable in his position and with the company.
When I first stepped into my role as Executive Assistant it took a bit for both myself and by boss to develop our "flow" and learn how the other best worked. Three years later, we still find ourselves saying "I didn't know that about you," even when it comes to our personality flaws. |
