I really need help writing a business proposal letter but my problem i dont know what one looks like! May i see an example of what one looks like?

Have you checked around this site. I'm still fairly new, but I believe there are a few posted here for you to view. You may even want to google it. Keep us posted and I'm sure if you dont see what your looking someone (if not myself) can be just a few key strokes away to help you out.

Are you looking for a sample of an "RFP" (Request for Proposal), or are you needing to draft a letter to someone else offering a business proposal. Two different things.

An RFP is usually not a letter but more of an outline of what the service expectations are your business is requesting from another.

A business proposal letter offering services would include the basic three paragraph format: Introduction, Statement of Service and the benefit to the customer, and the Closing.

Chrissy posted an article on How to Write a Business Letter which I'm sure would help you. There are lots of Internet sites out there that might help you. If you don't find what you need, I'd be glad to help you draft something together.
