Iso 9000.... Manuals???
Is there anyone here who has had ISO 9000 training? Any helpful hints as to how to write a Policy and Procedure Manual? Boss man isn't willing to pay for it (wants me to do it for my measly wage) and seriously, do NOT have that kind of experience... any helpful hints would be appreciated!!

Re: Iso 9000.... Manuals???
KARENC21 - There is a site that offers a free manual for policy writing http://www.writeexpress.com/or/emplo...nual-eBook.pdf I used this when I did my last employee manual and found that it gave pretty simple guidelines and ideas. This site may help you get started.

Re: Iso 9000.... Manuals???
Manual has to be separated, one for Quality Policy and other for procedures. I used to be a Lead Auditor... have not used this in like 5 years but I can remember a few things.
Do you have the norm with you? have you read it already? |
