As a self-proclaimed Twitter Addict, I can say that you ALL should be on it. It's so much fun. It certainly takes some getting used to, but once you get what it's all about, it really is a fun, informative tool. I always find cool stuff for my Around the Web column on Twitter!! Oh, and of course, follow me! @MakeWordsHappy and @OfficeArrow.

The thing I love about Twitter is you can connect with people you otherwise would have never connected with. I will say that it takes time to really get into it. I've given up just to return a week later and start again, which I've learned is the norm for new Twitter folks.
It gets really fun when you find interesting people to follow who are also willing to engage with you.
