Meeting or Memo?
In many offices, a pile of memos has collected on your desk by the end of the week. Or someone is calling a meeting at least once a day whether they need to or not. Is either of these communication methods effective? How do you know when to call a meeting or send a memo instead? We'll give you the lowdown on when each is appropriate and tips for doing both.
