For things like this, I've usually made an excel spreadsheet to keep track of attendance. Even if it's simply a NAME/YES or NO setup, it's easy and accurate.
I have used CVENT recently as well, which tallies responses for you. However, this is only accurate if your attendees actually take the time to go through the reply process online. |
