This is a great post! It is so important to put your attendees first when planning events. It's important to consider their needs in every way. In fact, we spend a lot of time thinking about the needs of attendees (When Planning Events, Don’t forget the Attendees | CA Communications Consultants Blog) and this article does a great job of expanding on not only their professional needs, but their personal needs. Great info.
