I've found that not only having adequate signage is good, but to also have personnel available during breaksat at strategic locations with prominant, recognizable name tags to answer questions for attendees. They don't have to be there all the time, but it's helpful during breaks.
When dediding the length of times for your breaks, think about how many attendees you have and how big the bathrooms are. If you have 500 people and only 3 or 4 stalls per bathroom, you might want to give more time for breaks. |
