What to Include - Speaker Request
This question was submitted via OfficeArrow's Twitter page:

I need a template to ask someone to be a speaker for my youth program. What details do I need to include? Thanks in advance for your help.

I would suggest letting the company/speaker know the location of the event, how many people are expected to attend, some background info on the event, the budget you are working with and how long you are expecting them to speak for (1 hour or a full day). You may also note that the budget you are working with does or does not include travel expenses the speaker may incur for traveling to your location for the event.

Let me know if I can help. I facilitate youth workshops and speak on leadership, friendship, example, decision making and other topics. I have a passion for helping young adults be and do their best.
