Letters to insurance company's for business
i have a telecommunications company in Louisiana and we just had a bad hurrican that caused alot of my customers alot of damage. Well here is my question, the insurance company's are wanting me to send them a letter on my letter head stating that there equipment is no longer any good ( electronics in 5' of of water don't realy go good together!) but i dont know how to format the letter and dont realy know what to write them either. Is there a templete out there for that? Are if anyone is going through the same thing can you send my a pdf of one you did so i can use it as a guidline to what information they need?

Thank you in advance, Mike W.

Re: Letters to insurance company's for business
Check out the business letter template on OfficeArrow and use that as a starting point. If you can, get the insurance company to send you a letter (or email) describing what you need to tell them. Use their language as much as possible right back at them. That way they can't say you weren't responsive and it's also a good way to check to make sure you touched all the bases. Good luck!
