I work for a college & our numbers are based on my results. I have worked for the company 4months & have been without the proper supplies for 40 days on & off. I need a computer, phone, fax machine & a printer. But they keep moving my office which leaves me without the above supplies to do my job. I have to move all over the building to use these supplies which leaves me confused & off track. I am tired because I know my job but I am unable to do my best. What can I do to get my boss to understand that this is critical?

I would suggest sitting down with your boss and discussing this. You should explain to her/him that it is simply not cost effective for you to constantly move around the building in order to use the supplies you need. There could be a reason as to why you haven't received these supplies yet; perhaps that college is "trying" to cut back on such expenses. If that is the reasoning behind it, you should explain to your boss that they are spending more money having you move around then building, then if you have a permanent location with the proper supplies . . . it's simply not cost effective.
