Hi,Im Carys who is a secretary of director in top 500 enterprises of the world. He will has a trip to Headquarters in U.S. He would like to invite ppl there to have dinner or lunch with him. So I have to write invitations to these ppl who are all executives.Should be professional and polite. Could anyone can help me how to write it? I appreciate who could help with it.

I've never had to do anything like that before, but I have a few suggestions.

First ask your Director what he would like to include in the invite (location, time, etc). Create a draft and ask him to review it. If he doesn't like it, ask him what he wants don differently.

Secondly, be sure to get correct information for the clients (correct spelling, address, title, etc). Since this invite will be coming from your Director, ask him if he wants it addressed by him--meaning, does he need to sign in or is it just going to be a typical invite.

Hope this helps!
