Hello, I Ann, a new business owner. I have just been approved to represent, as an individual business owner, a major insurance company to sell their insurance services/products. With 31 years experience in the insurance industry I have full confidence in my abilities to do so, however as a new business owner, I'm just beginning. I've just started looking into writing my business plan. I've got so many ideas for my business and just don't know where to begin. I'm open for feedback. Thanks, Ann
