I'm not sure if you just want a picture of the calendar, say a week or month view, or if you want a link to your calendar. Here is what I suggest:
Picture: If you want a picture, open your calendar and make sure the content you want is visible. Create a screen shot by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete. This puts a picture of your screen on the clipboard. Open Excel and paste the picture. You can resize as necessary.
