Word/Excel looks different from Desktop PC to Laptop
Hello,

I use a Desktop PC at work to create spreadsheets and word documents. My boss (who is in another state) views everything on his Laptop. The files always look different for him, and he's never happy that the documents aren't "print-ready" when he opens them up (even when I use the "set print area" feature).

What can I do?

Thanks for any advice!! =)

Have you tried sending a pdf in addition to the excel file? That way it's printer friendly.
