What is the difference between OA Spectator and OA Expert?
I was surprised to see myself listed as a Spectator because I am a member and I would have thought a Spectator was someone who was not a member, but happened on the site but hadn't joined yet. Then I saw there were OA Experts. Are these Office Arrow staff members?

I think I may know the problem. I am logged on as Patricia and I saw the icon Connect with Facebook, so I clicked on it thinking there was another group on Facebook, but in fact it seems I logged on as another user Pattyannr as well. Now how do I resolve the problem? I don't want to be on this site as two different users.

Hi Patricia,

The Facebook Connect app is for using OfficeArrow while you are logged into Facebook. If you would prefer to use only one account, let me know and I can delete your newer Facebook account you created (under the username pattyannr).

To answer your previous question, OA Spectator is the title we give to users who are just starting out on the site. After they've participated in the community and earned points, they can eventually become an OA Expert.

If you have any additional questions, feel free to email me at lauren@officearrow.com.
