Can I download the PDF Converter on 2 computers?
I am trying to download the PDF Converter on a different computer and I am a Bronze member but it's asking me for my credit card info to purchase again. Please tell me how to bypass the sign up screen since I have already signed up.

Hi kpasa,
We have a PDF Converter in the Tools section under the "My OA" tab, but I'm not aware of anything you need to download that converts PDF's. Can you track down what you were trying to download and I can help you from there? Thanks, Lauren |
