First staff meeting
Hi there, I will be meeting my staff for the first time in the morning. Does anyone have any thoughts of wisdom for me on how I should conduct myself?

Re: First staff meeting
Be sincere, professional, organized, honest. You only get one chance to make a first impression. Promise to come in with an open mind, no preconceived notions. Take the time to learn what they do and why they do it before offering suggestions or trying to make changes. Remember, they will be as or more nervous than you are. Smile.

Good luck and let us know how you did!
