Be sincere, professional, organized, honest. You only get one chance to make a first impression. Promise to come in with an open mind, no preconceived notions. Take the time to learn what they do and why they do it before offering suggestions or trying to make changes. Remember, they will be as or more nervous than you are. Smile.
